Kailey Curtis '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing competitive softball for 6 years. I am very serious about my softball goals and work daily to ensure that I achieve my goal of being a student-athlete at the collegiate level. I have the talent and work ethic to be a strong link to any team chain. A team player first, I believe with hard work and continuous commitment to the sport, I can be successful at the highest level. I am very coachable with a high softball IQ.

There are many reasons why I love playing softball, but probably the most important one to me is how I feel about myself when I walk on the field: A confident and comfortable sense of being "home". I am not afraid to get dirty; one of my favorite things is diving after balls. The ideal program for me is one that values academics, and character building with the emphasis of getting better every day not only as a player, but as a person.
