My name is Hailey Jo Johnson, on the field I go by JoJo. I’m from Western Ky, I have been playing softball since I was 8 years old, and travel ball since I was 10. My goal is to play college softball, as well as get a good education in elementary education. I typically keep a 3.6 gpa or higher in school, with honors courses in Algebra 1, 2, and 3 as well as Geometry 1 so far and AP US history. I was nominated to be in Beta Club and also the NSHSS, I am a member of the FCCLA and FCA. While playing softball I always remember to give 110% effort, I am usually the one of the loudest on the field, always talking up my teammates. While my favorite is making plays at shortstop, I give my all in everything I do, whether it is fielding, pitching, or hitting, and I would do anything to be on the field all the time. I have an outgoing personality, and not scared to call time to talk to my teammates. When pitching I do best in stressful situations when the game is on the line.
