Hi my name is Sadie Busby. I am 14 years old and going into my sophomore year of high school. Instead of going to public school my parents choose to homeschool me and my sisters. I play for a homeschool softball team in Lake Charles, LA called SWLA Knights. My family and I enjoy playing and watching the game of softball. My sisters and I play the game and my Mom used to play for a little league team where we live. She was the second baseman and from stories I hear, she was good. I am so happy I get to play her base. Softball is a way God teaches me stuff like how I need to get out of my head and not comparing myself to others. I am willing to learn and get better at the sport and it will be awesome if I can play on any college team. I am not sure what field I want to be in yet, but I do know it is going to be in something that will help others.
