My name is Alexa Marcantel. I am a junior at Westminster Christian Academy in Opelousas. I maintain a 4.07 gpa in school. As of now I plan to study to become a dermatologist. I start for varsity as a center fielder for high school. I play for 16u Texas Glory- La. I am a slapper and am learning how to hit regularly on the left side. Softball has taught me discipline, hard work, and how to be a team player. Most of all softball taught me to never accept failure. I have learned that I am bound to fail at some point but instead of letting it hold me back I should use it as a way to be disciplined and become a better player.
