Hannah Ward '22 Recruiting Profile

Softball is fulfilling to me because I love being part of a team and working with my teammates to accomplish our goals.  I enjoy the competition of the games as well as working hard to accomplish my personal goals in practice and private lessons.  I love the challenge of pitching because 1) it allows me to embrace pressure situations, and 2) the team counts on me to always bring my best.  Softball has been a valuable experience in my life because I’ve learned the value of working with others, pushing myself, the importance of continuing to improve my game, traveling to new places and having life experiences I wouldn’t otherwise have had.  I will continue to raise the level of my game and can’t wait to play softball at the collegiate level.
