Madison Allard '20 Recruiting Profile

I started playing competitive softball at age 12 and I soon realized that I have a real passion for softball. It is my goal and dream to play softball at a university that is the perfect fit for me. I am a hard working, coachable, passionate teammate and leader. I will always hustle and try my best during drills, practices, warm-ups and games. I enjoy receiving constructive criticism as that is how I learn and improve my abilities. I am very passionate and dedicated towards softball. I am willing to put in extra hours by practising at home, going to the gym and also coaching the Winnipeg Lightning U12 softball team. I am a leader on and off the field. I 'can lead by example by maintaining a high level of energy and keep everyone in the right mindset. I make responsible choices and I know what will lead me and not deter me from my goals. As a student, I am very dedicated to school. I am taking a vigorous course load this year including AP Chemistry, Biology, Physics and 40S math. The sciences are my favourite courses and they will help me achieve my goal of becoming a hand surgeon.
