Bailey Champlin '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Bailey Champlin, and I am from Grantsville, MD. I am currently enrolled in my Junior year at Northern Garrett High School in Accident Maryland. As a 2026 right-handed pitcher for the Mountain Thunder 16U travel team and the Western Maryland Fusion 18u travel team, I am focused on a college and a softball program that is the best fit for me. My goal in life is to enroll in a college to earn my Nursing degree and further become a Nurse Anesthetist, while playing the game that has had my heart since I was ten. I believe that if you don't have the right attitude toward what you're trying to accomplish, you will never accomplish it. Softball has taught me many things. One of the lessons I have learned is that you need confidence and support throughout life on and off the field because without it you won't exceed your expectations. What makes me different from other athletes is the amount of work I put in to being the best athlete that I can be. I believe in practicing, not until I get it right, but until I can't get it wrong. I also hold a high value in showing support, dedication, passion, and positivity on and off the field in everything that I do.
