My values in life are highly important to me, academics, family, sports, work ethic and friends. Finding that balance to be able to reach your potential can be difficult but with hard work and determination I’ve been able to achieve athletic praise from others and an above average gpa. Exceeding expectations is what I strive to do everyday in life, with academics and sports alike. In addition to my sports, school, and work I coach for a local cheerleading team, displaying my leadership skills. I find joy in helping others in my community reach their goals, it gives me a sense of pride and accomplishment when I’m able to help someone. Not only do I use these leadership skills to coach, I use them on the softball field. Applying my leadership knowledge is important to me, whether it’s a pre game pep talk or motivating my teammates during that final push in conditioning, helping others succeed is important to me. In the future, I plan to take my determination and leadership skills to college. These skills can help me develop into a successful person. I strive to do the best at anything I do, whether it’s in school or on the softball field I plan on being successful at both.
