My name is Kate Quade and I am a 2028 heading into my Freshman year at Mardela High School in Mardela Springs, Maryland. I play softball and soccer. I work very hard in the classroom and on the field, and care about putting in the work to become a better student and athlete. I also have a 4.125 GPA and take honors classes. In softball, I am a pitcher and utility player, and can play any position in any game situation. I strive to be the best teammate, be someone who my teammates can look up to, and to always be coachable. One of the highlights of my softball career was playing in the Little League Softball World Series, in 2022. I loved the experience of being able to stay at ECU in Greenville, North Carolina, with my team, and also getting to meet other teams and players that were from countries all around the world. My team came in 2nd losing in extra innings, but the experience and time I was there was something I will never forget. I cherish all of the memories and people that I meet in softball, whether it is travel or little league, and I put my best effort into everything I do on and off the field. My goal is to play softball and further my education in college.
