I love doing the little things to make a difference on a team. I love learning new skills and strategy. In all my years of travel softball I have played every position on the field, including catcher and pitcher, and was happy to do so.
My freshman year (2019) I made my high school varsity softball team as the starting second baseman on a roster filled with older players. This year I may need to play other positions as most of the older players have since graduated.
I want to play softball in college to compete and to make difference on a team in big and small ways. I want to receive a valuable college education while doing so and in my future continue to find big and small ways I can make a difference in society and in my future occupation as a team player and leader.
