Courtney Hafey '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing on a travel/recreational team since I was 7 years old. I have always been considered an “all round” player. Any position where a coach needs to be filled I am able to fill that position. I’m a left handed batter that throws with my right hand. I have many strengths such as speed which helps a lot in bunting situations. Academically I’ve always been an honors student that got recognized for my leadership and  politeness. I’ve always dreamed of playing softball at a college level with girls that enjoy this sport just as much as I do. I’ve always looked to improve myself, I’m always working hard trying to improve. I’ll always try to be the best version of myself possible. I have had many bumps in the road throughout my life that would normally knock an athlete down, but for me it keeps me going and it’s the reason I will never give up.
