I enjoy all sports but softball is my game. My goal is to attend business school at a top notch college/university while playing competitive softball. I want to excel at everything I do and still have fun doing it.
My friends, coaches, and teachers know me for having a positive outlook and always looking for ways to improve myself and the team. For example, I've had straight "A"s in school for the past 4 years, while playing trumpet in the school band, playing varsity and travel softball, and playing varsity golf. I'm also part of a non-profit business started by high school students to teach middle school children during the summer.
My mom taught me to "go big or go home" and I try to live up to that philosophy. Due to a rare form of cancer, my mom is no longer with us. She set an example for strength, courage, and confidence and encouraged me to move on and get the most of the time that I have. My dad and brothers support me in my goals and I'm thankful to have lots of support from family
