Hi l'm Hailee Blazys. I play an awesome sport called softball. Ever since I started playing the sport I've wanted to play at the college level. I have found this sport that I love. I love meeting amazing coaches that encourage me to continue in the sport when it gets tough. I like that I get to meet amazing people that become my friends on and off the field. I love being one of the hype people in the dug out and on the field. As it shows in my profile I’m a pitcher. I've been pitching since I was 9 and have worked so hard to get where I'm at and I'm working even harder now to keep getting better every day. As for hitting I'm more of a contact hitter but I've been working on getting better. Over the past couple of years I've gotten more mentally strong and smart when it comes to being at the plate.
I work just as hard in school as I do at softball. I'm currently taking an advance placement U.S. history class and advanced ELA. I strive to keep a high GPA. Even when I'm sick I still continue to get all my school work down on time or before it due. I make sure I have time for both softball and school since both mean so much to me. School is my break from softball and softball is my break from school so they go hand in hand for me.
I would love to grow my knowledge about softball to the college level and to continue to play in the sport that I love. I look forward to finding more amazing teammates and coaches to help with the continuation of my softball journey!
