Hello! Thank you for taking an interest in me. My love for the game of softball started early around the age of 4 years old playing tee ball. It wasn’t until 2020 at the peak of Covid when I realized I wanted to play competitively and couldn’t due to restrictions.
Over the last several years, I have worked hard at my skills to help pursue my dream of playing at the collegiate level. I'm now in high school as a freshman and I'm glad that I can take all of what I have learned and apply it to high school softball and beyond. I continue to develop my athletic and leadership skills which enable me to excel with my teams I am a part of. I truly enjoy being a leader and teammate while playing the sport I love.
Over the last few years, I have acquired a strong work ethic. From working on the field multiple times a week practicing on catching, fielding, outfield work and hitting to whatever else I am doing at that time (volleyball, 4-H or powerlifting). I believe all of this will help me not only on the field, but in the classroom and beyond to the workforce.
Although softball and my other areas of interest are important to me, my academics come first. I hold myself to a high standard and accountability in each class. After school I am usually rushing to practice or heading to see my trainer and during the travel time to get to where I need to be, I am always doing homework and studying in the car.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
