Abigail Weber '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Abby Weber.  I attend a D-1, academically elite school in Northville, MI. My freshman year, I was a multi-sport varsity athlete, a starting player in both softball and ice hockey. I come from a very athletic family and I am influenced mainly by my older brother who taught me the basics and continues to work with me whenever possible. I grew up watching him play sports and took an interest of my own when I began playing for myself. Through sports, I have learned that I am a hard-working and strong individual and have learned many lessons such as hard work pays off, and giving up will never do you any good. I have overcome self-doubt and gained confidence throughout the years. My goals are to continue working hard and playing high-level softball as long as I can. I strive to some day play college softball and continue on with the game I love. I work hard in all I do, and have been able to maintain good grades while still playing the sports I am passionate about.
