Anna Palmiter '21 Recruiting Profile

I plan to compete on a high level competitive team while also going to a college with great academics. I have been playing softball since I was eight and catching since I was twelve. I have played for a wide range of coaching styles from coaches that made the team say sorry to their equipment every time it was mistreated, to coaches that I could be friends with.  Each and every coach I've had has taught me something but I still have more to learn. I enjoy playing the sport and have a very positive attitude towards the game. I strive for perfection and always do extra reps when I make mistakes in practice and games.  I would like to go to college to get a degree in biomedical engineering or education. I have all A's and take AP courses to keep a 4.0.  I also play french horn and participate in extracurricular activities such as solo and ensemble and the school musicals. Something that makes me different from many other people is that I look forward to doing my best all the time when it comes time for sports and school. I also take pride in learning and becoming better and everything I do whether it be me playing my instrument or learning the math behind simple physics problems.
