July 2018Personal Statement
I fell in love with the game of softball at a very young age, and this season was one of the most exciting ones I've been apart of. We went 22-0 as a JV team, and 3 of those wins were against varsity teams. This season taught me the importance of teamwork and helped me not only grow as an athlete, but as a person because the ride wasn't always easy.
I am fortunate enough to be apart of an amazing program where I'm surrounded by girls who love the game as much as I do and coaches who push us all to do our best. This season really taught me the value of teamwork, sacrifice, and how to balance being a student athlete. I'm looking for a program that will help me reach my athletic and academic goals. I believe I not only have the talent and work-ethic to compete for a college team, but the character and dedication to make an impact on your program. As a 3 sports athlete and a leader on and off the field, I know I have what it takes to be apart of your team.

Pitched in all three of those games but did not add those stats since it was not for my team. (Not a primary pitcher, and have not pitched for 2 years but was asked to step in).
