I have been in love with softball since my very first little league game. My love for the game has grown stronger ever since. It is important to me to always keep good relationships with teammates. I am always thinking of ways to improve my skills and be more successful at practices and games. Softball is a mind game; it teaches, teamwork, hard work, self discipline, and leadership. The team environment motivates me in a way that nothing else can and I absolutely love it.
I am a full utility player that would play anywhere a team might need me. I enjoy pitching and playing infield positions and I have a drive in the outfield to catch those fly balls. I take pride in my team. If a mistake is made, I learn from it and find ways to do better next time.
I have goals on and off the field for both school and sports. Academically, I challenge myself by taking honor classes. I attended Jackson Area Career Center and received my CNA license and I am part of National Honors Society and I have maintained a 3.8 GPA. I enjoy helping others and giving back to my community.
Softball has already offered me so many opportunities with many coaches and meeting lifelong friends. I would love the opportunity and challenge of playing softball at the next level while working for my college degree. I've always dreamed of playing college softball, and I'm working as hard as I can to make that possible.
It is important to me that I find a college that supports my educational goals as well as a great softball program where I can keep enjoying to play softball with my teammates.
