My goal is to play at the collegiate level and improve my skills as an individual as a softball player. As a player I learn more of what I can improve on when my team and I lose a game, this is because it will help point out any errors or skills I can improve and become better at. When my team and I lose a game it also shows me what I can do more as a teammate to help them out or encourage them. My ability to listen to the coach and adjust to the tips they tell me makes me a great candidate for any team.
