Hi, my name is Toryn Woelber. I am a 2023 graduate at Pipestone Area Schools in Pipestone MN. I push myself to get better at the game I love is softball. I also work really hard to get good grades in school. My GPA is a 4.0. In highschool I tried a lot of sports, but I prefer softball and tennis. In college I wanna major in Business. I started softball in 3rd grade and ever since that I have loved it. I have learned that you need to be confident in what you are doing to achieve your goals. I have also learned on how to be a leader. I learned to never give up and just keep practicing when something does not go right. I like it when coaches give me feedback on what I have to improve on, to make myself a better player. I've been on 2 traveling teams and I'm still on one right now, during the summer. In the spring I play school ball. I practice 4-5 times a week, my main focus is pitching. I get pitching lessons once a week, I throw a drop (fastball), change up, and I am working on my rise-ball. My other position is 2nd base. I want to play in college because I really believe in myself, and to be the best that I can be. I am looking for a college that has a great academic and athletic program.
