Sabrina Rogers '24 Recruiting Profile

Here is a little bit about me. Many people have influenced me to play softball, but mostly my two cousins. They both played softball since as long as I can remember. I was little watching them in the driveway pitching and catching, hitting into a net, I loved just watching that. Thats when I knew I fell in love with the sport because just by watching it inspired me to play at such a young age. I became so interested in it because I knew I loved it, I chose softball over everything. I've learned a lot about myself playing softball. Mostly I've learned that I can be a leader and a role model in no matter what I choose to do. Some goals I have for high school are to make varsity as a freshman cause not many girls do. I also hope to be a starter on the team as freshman as well. 

I have fell into some holes playing softball. Especially for big organizations, sometimes it's a lot to handle with all the restrictions. But It has taught me a lot about myself personally and about others too. I am involved in a few school activities including National Junior Honor Society. When I get to the college level I have an idea of what I would like to do. I either want to study Law, Art and design, or even health and medicine. So that's a little bit about me!
