I've been interested in softball for as long as I can remember.
I grew up watching my dad play slow-pitch softball, and when I was old enough to play for my club team I knew instantly that was what I wanted to do. Through this sport I have learned that I am caring, very competitive and ambitious towards my goals. I have had to overcome the challenge of being from a very small town with very little recognition from sports other than basketball. This has pushed me to work harder towards my goal of being a collegiate player.
Another thing that has majorly influenced my life, is having two adopted siblings who I hold very near to my heart.
Some of my academic goals for high school are to graduate with an honors diploma and be at or very close to the top of my class. One of my goals for college is to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology to then obtain my chiropractic license.
