In college my goal is to achieve as much as possible on and off the field. Ideally this would include playing softball at the most competitive level and also studying psychology. I want to make myself proud, my parents, my whole family and everyone who has ever supported me along the way. I am a good candidate for a team because I will hold myself accountable and I love to compete in every aspect whether that's against myself, a teammate or another team. I'm different from other recruits because I have so much passion for the game. This game has made me frustrated, seen me cry, and also explode with joy. Without softball I honestly don't know where I would be today. I know that's a popular saying for athletes but the field has been there for me when I didn't even want to be home, my teammates have been my support system through everything, and coaches were like a dad. In athletics I am different because I always try to find and perfect my weaknesses, I am coachable and I also have confidence in myself even if others don't. Academics is also a big priority to me because I come from a family where nobody has graduated college and some not even high school. I take academics seriously because I know they will play a huge part in my future and what I'll end up doing with my life.
