I grew up in a sports loving family. My parents were big athletes growing up, my two brothers play multiple sports and I am a three-sport athlete. My two brothers and I are constantly pushing each other to be the best athletes we can possibly be. I play travel softball for the New Jersey Gators and I have played for JV and Varsity my freshman year at Cherry Hill High School West. Playing with varsity my freshman year I learned a lot about leadership from the upperclassmen. I learned the values of teamwork, commitment and work- ethic. Now as a sophomore I look forward to being a leader to the upcoming freshman! I consider myself a leader on and off the field. I take pride in my work ethic and I love learning from mentors and coaches. I stayed after practice with the senior shortstop last year a lot and was grateful to have learned from her. Academically, I am an all A student and take my grades very seriously. My mom is a teacher so she pushes my siblings and I to be a hard worker in the classroom and in life in general. I believe I can be an important part to any college team because of my work ethic, leadership skills and strong character.
