My name is Krista Tzaferos. I am 16 years old and play for the Witches Elite 18U located in Bordentown, NJ. The positions that I currently play are 3rd base and 2nd base.  I am, however, always up for a challenge and willing to play any position.

I started playing softball at the age of 9 for my towns recreation program.  At the age of 12, I moved up and started playing travel ball for the South Jersey Gators.

I continued advancing up to more challenging teams to where I am today, The Witches 18U Elite.  I play in many  competitive showcases up and down the east coast and also play for  Hammonton high school.  Throughout the years I have never lost the desire to play the sport.  I continue to strive to better myself, and I am confident that my love for the sport and my motivation to excel will aid me in reaching my goal: playing at the college level for my “dream school.”

I get along with and work well with others.  As a true team player, I have the ability to retain information needed to better my team and myself.  Because of this, I have been called “extremely coachable” by my coaches.  Throughout my freshman and sophomore year of high school, I have learned how to balance a heavy schedule due to softball and tennis as well as keep up with my academic work.  My goal is to pursue a career in sports medicine. I am looking forward to meeting and hearing from you.
