I've played softball for many years now. I started in town rec and am currently playing for a club team. I consider my teammates like a second family because we work well together and recognize when one of us needs encouragement. I believe the skills that softball has taught me not only applies to the game but to life in general. I've learned to not focus on what might have gone wrong instead I think of how I can do better. Although, my primary positions are 3rd and Shortstop I would be happy playing any position to help my team be successful.
When I'm not softball I enjoy watching others play especially at the college level. I tend to watch the players that play my position to improve my understanding of my role on the field. Two players I admire and look up to are Jessie Warren and Aleshia Ocasio because they are confident, humble, and great athletes!
I would love to continue playing in college as I work toward getting a good education. I hope to strengthen my skillset along with having academic success. I also look forward to what the future has in store for me.
