Personal Statement

My collegiate goals and aspirations during my time in college is to study hard and do well in all of my classes as well as to find a balance between my classes and softball. I have always found it very easy to succeed in the classroom and I love to learn. As I go into college I would like to major in Elementary Education or Secondary Education in Sciences. Another goal that I have for college is to create a strong bond with my team and coaches that will never be broken. I want to be in a comfortable environment while at school so that I will be able to talk to anyone and have a fun time learning.

I am a good candidate for college teams because I have a very strong work ethic. Even on off days, I either go to a cage and hit or go down to the field and work. I work very hard at practice and at my workouts. I believe that you should be working hard everywhere because you do not know who is watching. Another thing that makes me a good candidate for the teams is because I love to give back to the softball community. When the high school gives camps, I love to go and help out with the younger kids as much as I can. I love to teach them about the game. I am different from other recruits because I have an positive attitude which moves throughout the team. When I am pushing myself at practice everyone else starts pushing themselves too. I am also a very hard worker in the classroom. Since I am ranked top of my class, I am working very hard to stay up there.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
