Personal Statement
I personally have always had a dream of playing collegiate softball since I started playing fastpitch when I was 12 years old. Even after a torn ACL and meniscus after my freshman year, I have trained and done rehab since to get myself to be the strongest I could be to be able to continue to pursue my athletic career. I've always been a leader and am not afraid to step-up and take the extra mile when need be. Through my involvement in many extracurriculars and hobbies outside of school, I've educated myself to know what is right and how leadership is such an important characteristic that I have. Along with balancing my extracurriculars, I have also strived for greatness throughout my academics being involved in many honors and AP classes to challenge myself to become the best student that I can be.

- AwardsI have received the Honor Roll six out of eight semesters in eighth grade/high school so far. Currently working on receiving two more for my senior year. I was also inducted during my junior year to my high school's National Honor Society.
- ActivitiesI am involved in my high school's HUDDLE (Helping Us Develop Dedication, Leadership, and Enthusiasm) club as a leader where I help inform my school district and fellow peers about the facts and consequences of drug & alcohol usage and abuse. I am also in my high school's SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) club as the President where we host leadership discussions about different topics in a teenage life. I'm also in my high school's Key Club where we receive multiple opportunities to participate in voluntary service around our community. I am also in my high school's Safe Club where we ensure recycling among the high school is a priority in helping to save the environment. I am also in my high school's Lion's Club where we have more opportunities to do voluntary service that's proceeds go toward helping retired local U.S. veterans.
