To begin, softball is way more than just a sport to me. Softball is where I can express myself and not hide from judgment. Softball allows me to flourish into a better athlete and a better person. It also has guided me to see what proper motivation and passion can grant you in life on and off the field. This is why it would be an honor if I had the opportunity to play softball at the collegiate level. Where I can further travel into my athletic and academic career. To add, softball especially has a place in my academics. Whether I'm studying for a huge test or tackling homework for hours on end, softball is in the back of my mind, driving me towards home.
