I am a passionate softball player driven to excel on the field and in the classroom with a goal of playing at the collegiate level after graduation in 2023. I played in the All American games in Oklahoma City in 2018 where my team was the National Runner Up. I am a 2 time Softball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All American (2019-20) and attended the Under Armor All-American games in Houston in January 2019. I won the Overhand Throw skills competition at the USSSA Batbusters/Firecracker Challenge in Viera, Fla in Nov 2018. I Recently was recognized by Extrainningssoftball.com National Publication as the #109 Overall player and #33 overall third baseman in the Class of 2023 National Rankings for 2021. I was also named First Team All Conference following my Varsity Softball Season. Most Recently I was selected for admittance into the USA Softball 16U High Performance Program to compete at the Jr National team level.
In addition to my success in softball, I have been inducted into National Honors Society and nominated as NHS president. I have been an active member of Student Council for 6 years serving as treasurer and was recently elected as executive president of Student council. . I am a member of Science Olympiad for 2 years, and the freshman attendant on the HS Homecoming Court. I am an active member of S.A.D.D. (Students against destructive decisions) and I play Varsity Golf as a second sport achieving 1st team All Conference honors. Also, I recently scored a 34 composite on the ACT recording a perfect 36 in Science and a 1260 on the SAT as a 10th grader. I plan to take the SAT again to increase my scores. I am taking all Honors, AP or CCP courses, resulting in a 4.3 GPA to date.
I feel strongly that I have the drive, leadership and communication skills to excel on the field and I am confident that I would make a positive contribution to a college program.
