Hi i’m Madison Taylor, I am a sophomore at Brookings Harbor High School. I am on the varsity team and I pitch and play 3rd base. I started playing softball when I was about 5 since my dad always played, I always pitched or played 1st base. To stay in shape I play volleyball in the spring and then after that I go work on pitching and fundamentals for softball. As far as school, my current GPA is 3.2, I want to graduate high school with at least a 3.5 GPA or higher. Then I want to go to college and be an RN. If I choose not to do that I was also thinking of being a Vet. And
hopefully play some softball. Now looking back at playing softball all these years I have learned that it is a very very mental sport, you got to be fast, know what you are gonna do when u get the ball, etc. And as a team caption you always got to stay in top of everything. You have to always keep your teammates up, got to figure out plans for your team, and all in all you have to be the person someone else looks up to be.
