My name is Shelby Hillyer. I am in the class of 2025 and attend South Medford High School; my GPA is 3.9 and I am in multiple honors classes. I play for the Northwest Bullets and have participated in the highest level of competition on softball fields in Oregon, California, Washington, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. While I am proud of my softball skills and accomplishments, I want every coach to see what a great team member I am; I have a positive attitude, know that I will have a different role on every team, and encourage my teammates. I am coachable and believe that every coach has feedback and advice I can learn from. I work hard to refine my skills, practicing most days each week above and beyond scheduled practices. My goal is to play softball at the college level in a program that allows me to contribute to the team in a meaningful way while obtaining a bachelor's degree. I plan to attend nursing school after completing my first degree.
