I am 5 foot 7 inches tall and weigh 170 pounds. I am all about the team when it comes to softball, and I think it is important to work with your teammates as much as possible to achieve many things such as championships. I was a three time first team all-star for our area newspaper and first team all-star in our league during high school softball. I had a record of six wins and two losses my freshman year of high school softball and had 70 strikeouts. I had a record of 7 wins and 3 losses during my sophomore year of high school and had 88 strikeouts. I had a record of 2 wins and 7 losses during my sophomore year of high school and 69 strikeouts. I have played for the Philipsburg Hurricanes during the summer in tournaments and league play for five years. I have also played for Midstate Madness and Sabella Paving during the 2012 summer. I continued a second season with Sabella Paving in 2013 to better my skills for my tournament team. I spent my summer of 2013 playing for the Bellwood Razorbacks. We had several third place finishes, one second place, and one first place finish at tournaments. We also took 4th place out of 54 teams at the 16 and Under B East World Series in Salisbury, MD. Fall ball was successful for our team at the 18 and Under level as we placed first, second, and third in our three tournaments and earned enough USSSA points to qualify for the 2014 World Series in Florida. I am very outgoing and hardworking. I am always on time for practices/games, and am willing to do whatever it takes to be a better softball player. I am looking for an average or large public school that has high academic standards. I don't have a preferred division level and have decided on the major of Speech- Language Pathology. I am very good at helping people and solving problems. An athletic goal of mine is to play as a freshman. I would like to help the team in many ways such as mentally preparing teammates for games, and playing to my full ability. I have great desire to play softball in college and will do everything possible to make it to the college level.
