Cheyenne Shughart '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Cheyenne Shughart and I am a senior at West Perry Senior High, in Elliottsburg, PA. I love to play softball and hope to do so at the next level. I know to do that, I must perform not only on the field but also academically.  My grades are very important to me, and are something I strive to do well in all the time. I am consistently complemented by teachers at my willingness to participate and my constant efforts in the classroom. 

On the field I am equally driven to be the best out there. Everyday is an opportunity to work on different areas to strengthen my abilities. I put as much time into practicing as I do in the classroom and studying. I am passionate about all aspects of my life, and softball has shown me how to be confident, knowing this is what will help me to be successful in the future.

I am a determined student athlete, that understands that there will be many challenges that will come my way. But I am motivated enough to tackle these to get me to where I want to be. I will succeed!
