Taylor Davis '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Taylor Davis I am a Junior at South Butler-Knoch High School in Saxonburg, Pa. I have been playing softball since I was 6 years old. As a Freshman, I started right field at Freeport High School for the varsity team. I currently play 16u Travel Ball for Pittsburgh Passion-North. My position is center field, I throw right handed and am left handed hitter. I am dedicated to the game of softball, have a drive to improve and desire to be the best I can. Freshman year was a little challenging to my grades because I underwent a major abdominal surgery which required me to miss several weeks of classes in the first semester of the year. I understand and know how important academics are and will place the upmost importance this year of high school on improving my GPA. 

I am not quite sure what I want to major in but I know I would like to do something in the Medical Field. When it comes to chosing a school to attend, I am open to colleges across the United States, but I would prefer to stay up north near Pa. At the end of the day though, I just want to attend a school that will provide me with the education and the opportunity to play softball.  My love for the game is the reason I want to play at the collegic level.
