My name is Yahaira Lugo I'm 5' 5" tall 185 lbs, outfield/infield softball player. I play with the Coamo team here in Puerto Rico which we won the Latin American league and went to the world series in Delaware in 2019. That was a truly amazing experience. Unfortunately this year I wasn't able to have the opportunity to have the same experience due to the earthquakes and pandemic here in Puerto Rico. I pride myself on being a student of the game and a hard worker both in and out of the field. I consider myself a respectful and passionate person. I like to accomplish anything I set my mind to do. My priority is my studies as well as softball. Softball is my passion. I’m a person who likes to keep learning about the game but, also very determined to have good grades. I'm an excellent team player and always willing to learn and accept help to be a better player. I've always studied in Puerto Rico my primary language is Spanish I do speak, read, and understand English but not as well as Spanish. At the moment I am currently in a softball academy in Ponce, PR named New Generation which helps me maintain my gaming abilities active. My goal is to be able to play for one of the best college teams and be part of history as well as being able to contribute to it as well. Also, I would love to be the first to graduate from college from my family.
