Personal Statement

NCAA EC # 1804167946

Hello, my name is Lakelyn Ziegler

I'm so excited for this new adventure, called Life! My collegiate goals consist of following my medical interest in nursing, I will be working towards my goal to be a flight nurse. I am a volunteer firefighter with the Sullivan County Vol Fire Department and a member with the South Holston Rescue Squad. I feel this will help me in my future career as a flight nurse.

I  am very driven without being reminded or prompted. I have a strong study and time management history, due to my years as an athlete. I have managed playing two varsity sports, two travel sports and still carry A's and B's

I have been a competitive swimmer from the age of 7, where I have made Age Group Nationals 3 times. I've been a triathlete since 9 and I know what it takes to give all for a team or team mate. I am a very compassionate athlete, no nonsense, no drama. I will work hard and be very coachable.

My passion is to play college softball.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
