My name is Kylie Hunter and I’m a 5’8” dedicated softball player. I honestly love playing softball because I’ve played it my whole life and to me it’s really fun. I’m very competitive so I like to win. One of my most important accomplishments is making the USSSA all state all-star games as a sophomore in highschool. I have been on Lincoln County Highschool’s softball team for three years. Being able to know that I can play softball in college makes me want to work harder and become stronger at the game I play. During off season, I spend most of my free time working at getting stronger, and going to an agility coach. I also spend my free time going to camps, and listening to the coaches advice to get better. For the team, I can offer never to give up and to always give my all. I will never let up, and try to not let anyone down.
When it comes to choosing the colleges I would like to go to, my mind is open. I am looking at colleges in the Southeast, but I am open to look elsewhere. My top two choices of majors are Physical Therapy and Athletic Training, as of right now. My choices could change over the course of my highschool career. One of my realistic athletic goals is to keep playing softball, but at a higher, more competitive level. Also, a long term goal I hope to achieve is to make it into the olympics. At the end of the day, I want to know that I have given my all and have become mentally stronger at the game I love.
