Kansas Wendt '23 Recruiting Profile

My aspirations for college are to not only get the best athletic opportunities possible but, also to receive a degree in Bio-Chemistry to help me towards my goal of become a pediatric surgeon. From my athletic standpoint I believe I am coachable, adapt well to diversity, have a leader mentality, can apply my all during difficult situations and, can play the field in any position to the best of my ability. While softball has kept me grounded in my morals, faith, responsibilities and honest nature, I have always been taught to hold my academics at a higher standard because of the sway they could cause at this point in life. I am a very goal-oriented, determined, and outgoing person, so while I may push myself to be the best student, athlete and teammate possible, I will always hold my teammate accountable and at the same standard I require for myself.
