Morgan Castiglione '25 Recruiting Profile

   Thank you for your time to view my profile. My name is Morgan Castiglione, and I will graduate in 2025 from Medina Valley High School. I highly prioritize my grades and I'm ranked 12 out of 556 students with a 4.675 GPA. I have played at the Varsity level since my freshman year, and have played select for Bombers STX Gold Flores 16u. I have been a starter both years playing both centerfield and leftfield, along with hitting from the left side as a slapper. This past high school season I led my team with 36 hits along with 9 reach on errors. Throughout my high school season I worked extremely hard on and off the field, including morning workouts, lessons and extra reps after practice. I was able to grow not only as a athlete but also as an individual committed to bettering myself, and the people around me. My coaches graciously awarded me with the 2022-2023 MV Fighting Heart Award for hard work and dedication throughout the season. Throughout my life I have been dedicated to playing softball year-around, and have had my eyes set on playing in college. I have always believed that nothing good comes easy, and playing in a so called, "game of mistakes," serves as a prime example. Therefore I have always strived to put my best foot forward in everything I do, and to never become content with my successes. Softball has been a huge part of my life and has fueled my desire to compete in all that I do. I am extremely blessed with an opportunity to do what I love, and I hope to continue the privilege to do so at a higher level. Thank you for your time.
