Ashley Contreras '14 Recruiting Profile

HI!

Thank you for visiting my athletic profile. My name is Ashley Contreras. I am in the graduating class of 2014 at A&M Consolidated High School in College Station,Texas. Home of the Lady Tigers!

I am currently a senior at A&M Consolidated. I began playing on the varsity team for the Lady Tigers my freshman year (RHP, FB, & OF), and earned 2nd team All-District Pitcher my sophomore year. It has been an exciting experience for me. I have been playing softball, most of my life, and have a passion for the game. My experience with softball began at the age of 6, at Little League level. I had the privilege of pitching for a team that won District 2011, and played in State this past 2013 season. We went short of one game to continuing on to the Little League World Series. In addition, I have many years experience pitching at tournament level. Since the age of 9, I have traveled out of town, and out state playing the sport I love. I have enjoyed every minute of it!  I'm eager to continue playing competitively, and open to opportunities in all divisions, and all locations. I would love to join a program where I can be an asset- coming in strong my 1st year.  

As far as my educational preference goes, I am interested in General Studies at the moment. My priority is seeking a program that can offer financial support. I look forward to answering any additional questions you may have. THANK YOU!
