Yadira Ortiz '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Yadira Ortiz and I would like to express my interest in playing softball in the collegiate level.  My primary position is catcher having a 1.7 average pop time, and have an arm max velocity of 68 mph.  I also play 3rd and SS as my secondary positions and can fill any other position as needed.  I play both High School and Select softball as well as train on my catching and hitting all year round.  In High School I received both freshman and sophomore year 1st Team District 6A for Cy Fair High School.  As far as academics I have maintained straight A's through out High School as well as taking duel credit classes.   Thank you for viewing my profile and video's.
