Hi, my name is Katie Cantrell and my primary position is Catcher, but I also play 3B and 1B. I played travel baseball until my freshman year when I switched to softball and made varsity as a freshman on my high school team. I was starting catcher for my high school team when we made it all the way to the Texas 6A UIL State Championship In 2021. I’ve had a great time playing and I’m always challenging myself to get better.
I play for Texas Glory 18u. I love playing at this level because it challenges me to play and practice harder, and I love that. My goal is to further my academic and athletic career at a school where I can contribute at the highest levels while growing as a person and softball player.
