High School Hits ...Personal Statement
My name is Lauren Cox, and I am a 2023 Pitcher/3rd Baseman from Cypress, Texas. I have been a varsity starter at Langham Creek High School since my freshman year. Last season, I received All-District honors, and I was named one of the Top 3rd Baseman in the class of 2023 by Lonestar Prep/Rivals. My travel team is Texas Bombers 16U Gold HTX. We finished our Fall Season with a #5 ranking in TFL and #16 national ranking in Alliance Fastpitch. In addition to my commitment to softball and love for the game, I am also very committed in the classroom. I currently have a 4.25/4.00 GPA in all Honors courses, and I am a member of National Honor Society. I was named to the Academic All-District Team for the '19-20 and '20-21 school year.
