Amanda Croteau '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coach, I am Amanda Croteau, a 2023 graduate from Katy, Texas. I started playing softball when I was 6 years old and I was lucky enough to find a competitive group of fellow players by my second year in 8u. This allowed me to play for good coaches and with like-minded girls from an early age. All of the teams, different coaches and experiences have made me into who I am today. I am a leader and I know the importance of being a good teammate on and off the field. Some of my greatest strengths are my work ethic and communications skills. I train with some of the best coaches around and I utilize various tools to elevate my game.

Sophomore season in high school has wrapped up for me and my team, Cinco Ranch HS. We had a great season and placed 3rd in district. I hit really well overall and lead the team with 31 RBI's and batting average of .406. I was awarded player of the game in 6 of 21 games. I was also awarded 1st team All District Infield for District 19-6A, All Academic, and received team awards from Cinco Ranch high school for both the Silver Slugger and Cougar Heart. After a fun HS season, I am really looking forward to a great summer season with my travel team, Texas Blaze KTX 18U, under Coach Voss.
