Annelise Samantha Flores '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Annelise Samantha Flores. I currently attend Flower Mound High School, in Flower Mound, TX  and will be graduating in 2024.  My current position is 3rd base on both my high school and travel team with occasional outfield time with my travel team.

I have been playing softball since I was 5 years old and have played above my age group most of my career. Playing up has taught me to work hard and keep pushing to keep up with the older girls. I’m a positive team player that tries to keep my team up even when things are not going our way. I’ve been complimented that I’m coachable with a great work ethic and a leadership attitude. 

Although softball is very important and a big part of who I am, school is very important to me as well. I have goals to pursue a teaching degree and be able to one day become a softball coach. This past year I have really focused on my studies and finished with an A/B honor roll. 

My family plays a very big role in my academic and softball life. They stand by me in my decisions and help me through hard times. They constantly bring me up and give me confidence to keep working hard and not give up in all I do.
