My name is Maya and I have learned that working hard will always pay off. I am a junior at San Marcos High School, and the statement previously mentioned was a lesson I had to learn. However, I will work hard in college, and if given the opportunity to play softball then, yes, I will love the whole college experience even more. I hope to study pre pharmacy or teaching/coaching in college, I haven't decided yet.
I am good at making the best out of every situation, and I am often asked by my current coaches to boost my teammates spirits.
I am different from other recruits because I am a slapper, fast, steal bases, and for the last 3 years I have had a great batting average.
