Hi, my name is Jordyn Merrett and I am a 5'10" hardworking student athlete. I'm truly dedicated to this sport. I am an athlete who studies, knows and appreciates the game of softball. My most important accomplishments to date are being selected as the #94 pitcher in the Extra Innings Class of 2023, #217 Overall.
I am open minded about colleges and hope to just find a college that fits me best, where I can receive a good education and play softball. My top two choices for a major, as of right now, is either Physical Therapy or Kinesiology.
Knowing that I'm capable of playing softball in college makes me more passionate for this sport. I feel like I can bring commitment, leadership, a strong work ethic, as well as a high softball IQ. My routine consists of 4-5 days of training through lessons or practice. My athletic goals are to continue playing the sport I love at a high competition level, with the opportunity to make an impact to the team and school by leaving it in a better spot than when I came in.
