Ava Robare '24 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing softball since I was 5 years old, starting the journey with tee-ball. I have had my mind set on playing softball at a collegiate level since the beginning of my career. It has never mattered which level I play at, just playing in general is a huge accomplishment. I have a strong swing, a good verticle jump allowing me to catch balls over my head, and quick feet on the field. I am a team leader so I try to encourage my teammates while also leading by example by helping my coaches, staying focused, and giving 100% no matter what. I also try to go into everything with a positive attitude and an open mind. I play softball year-round for the travel team Vermont Storm. I am an honors student in school, with a 4.13 GPA, taking 3 AP classes and involved in 2 clubs, Green Team, and Chorale.
