Softball has been a passion of mine for a very long time. I first began to play when I was only five years old. I have since worked to develop my athletic skills, as well as my leadership skills. My time on and off the field with my coaches and teammates has given me more insight on the true value and meaning of dedication, collaboration, hard work, and many other essential life skills. Now, after playing softball for over ten years, it is easy to say softball has had the biggest influence on my character. I have learned how to trust my teammates, offer and provide advice, and most importantly communicate with my peers.
